Responsibilities The Opportunity: Collaborate in the design/planning and manage the control of the GTM of merchandising for all channels, leveraged by technological enablers and aimed at improving processes, as well as the visibility and the execution/display of the product portfolio at the POS’s. It’s necessary to invest efforts to improve SOM and commercial KPIs, such as sell In, sell Out and stales. The role must actively collaborate in sales strategy projects aimed at improving the channels’s productivity and profitability, thus contributing to their development. Providing insights from data analytics and constant work with the sales team and with multifunctional areas is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the processes and their alignment with the company's productivity and profitability objectives. Your Impact: As Sales Strategy OT Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Lead enabler adherence processes within business processes, ensuring their efficient integration and alignment with the company's objectives. Manage and maintain enablers, evaluating its impact on the execution and display of products at POS’s. Design analysis of the information based on technological enablers outputs, providing insights that guide the commercial strategy towards increasing SOM and sales, as well as reducing stales. Routing planning and maintenance Lead time and motion studies, as well as carry out analysis through it Manage and control the GTM of clients and routes Plan and execute channels’s reengineering Develop strategies and training to increase the adoption and use of the enabler in the commercial team, ensuring a high level of adherence. Collaborate on initiatives that aim to improve the profitability of the channels, providing analysis and optimization proposals for key sales and distribution processes. Monitor KPIs of adherence, sales, execution and others related to the use of the enabler, delivering periodic reports and recommendations to the areas involved. Follow up of daily, weekly and/or monthly sales, stales and GTM performance related to defined targets Business Proposal creation and follow up Planning and deployment of GTM strategies Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Business Adminitration, Industrial Engeniering and related degrees. Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI) Analytical and commercial strategy capacity with previous experience in information analysis for commercial decision making Knowledge of commercial and productivity KPIs Self-Management or independence in managing times and processes, with a results-oriented approach. Planning and organization skills with competence in structuring processes and managing end-to-end tasks.
