THE ROLEOff-White is looking for a Sales Supervisor for its outlet store in Serravalle. You will report directly to the Store Manager.WHAT YOU'LL DOFinalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategyUse effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the storeContribute to build team working sharing information and best practicesUphold respect of the company standards and proceduresKeep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request proceduresDeliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standardsIdentify and evaluate strengths and areas for improvements based on observation and measurable results.
