The Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will be a key figure in the success of our Sales function and is responsible for supporting our Sales Team with their administrative duties on existing accounts and new customers. Partnering with various areas of our Sales function, you’ll be helping drive revenue by assisting internal teams and stakeholders with billing and general support.

* A proven track record delivering high quality customer service and support in a customer focused environment* Experience in order processing, accounts control or similar* Familiarity with Sales/Order Coordination* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation* Strong organizational and time management skills - able to focus on urgent and important tasks, avoids* Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, follows through and meets all deadlines* Ability to work in a team environment that is cross-functional* Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting* Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese/English are a must
