Basic Job Functions: + Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive growth. + Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize opportunities. + Collaborate with design, engineering, production to streamline and optimize the sales process for increased efficiency. + Be a subject matter expert with D365 + Conduct data analysis and monitor performance metrics. + Review and modify quotes; BOM, pricing and lead times. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts. + Ensure the sales team maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. + Ability to interface with all inter-company departments and divisions. + Oversee the process to support sales commercial team. + Coordinating with sales, traffic, and production to ensure shipments are accurate and targets met in a timely manner. + Establishing and communicating expectations, developing best practices, and ensure consistency and reliability in all work relationships. + Taking an active role in developing strategies to maximize the storage, loading and shipments of finished products to our customers while providing the highest quality products. + Developing strong relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure our on-time delivery goals, costs, and quality objectives are met. + Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team that aligns with Nucor's culture and values. + Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success. + Other duties to be assigned. [[cust_safetyState]] Minimum Qualifications: + 2-4 years experience as Sales Representative, or business development experience within the material handling sector. + 2 4 years of experience in sales and/ or customer service experience. + A solid understanding of the Material Handling Industry. + A willingness to work a flexible schedule, including scheduled and unscheduled overtime and weekends. + Proven commitment to safety, and the ability to create a culture of safety in their team. + Exhibits characteristics consistent with Nucor culture. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Minimum Education: AA degree in business, preferred. + Previous Lead or Supervisory experience, preferred. + Previous cubing of freight experience. + Previous customer service experience. + Previous logistics experience.
