Sales Supervisor - Automotive Aftermarket (MD, DC, VA, DE)

The Sales Supervisor within our Abrasives – Automotive Aftermarket team will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for their respective territory.

The individual will be held accountable for performing critical tasks that are customary components of sales administration. These tasks include but aren’t limited to:

Time and territory management Activity tracking through the use of a CRM tool Establishing growth through conversion of competitive market share & managing manufacturer reps, while also establishing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This position is a key growth position, and a great opportunity to learn all aspects of our business. In this position, the incumbent will travel a large, assigned geographical territory in support of our selling efforts. Time will be spent demonstrating and facilitating training on the proper application and use of all products in Saint-Gobain’s product portfolio.
