The Sales Supervisor requires a driven individual with high energy, who is self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of success. This position is responsible for the full range of sales activities related to finding solutions to customer’s Grinding, Cutting, Polishing and Finishing needs. This Business Development territory has a diverse and challenging account base that includes Industrial, Welding/Metal Fab and Construction Markets. This territory has a wide range of customers that encompass the marine, composite, metal fab, wood, foundry, metal finishing and aerospace markets. The candidate would work closely with traditional industrial, national distribution as well and welding, contractors and construction related distributors. Key measures of performance are sales vs. set targets, profitability, relationship building, proposing, and implementing sales growth programs, and uncovering, developing and growing new opportunities.
