THE ROLEPalm Angels is currently looking for a Sales Supervisor for its new opening outlet store at Belmont Park Village, New York. You will directly report to the Store Manager.WHAT YOU'LL DOFinalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategyUse effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the storeContribute to build team working sharing information and best practicesUphold respect of the company standards and proceduresKeep stock info updated and follow store-to-store transfer request proceduresDeliver excellence in customer service in alignment with the company standardsIdentify and evaluate strengths and areas for improvements based on observation and measurable results.
