Job Description Summary Global: The Sales Supervisor_Semiconductor plays a key role in developing and executing sales and market strategies to grow Watts business in valve products in semiconductor industry. Job Description Global: RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: + Building sales channels to enhance sales effectiveness and ensure long-term sales growth. + Establish sales strategy of valve business in semiconductor + Ensure the steady growth of the business by increasing sales and market share both in existing and new markets. + Keep close and effective relationship with key opinion leaders and customers. + Achieve and exceed the sales target set by the management for semiconductor. + Work with planning, product management and engineering team closely for Watts products. EDUCATION: Associate degree or above, with preference for technical or engineering backgrounds. MANAGEMENT: + None QUALIFICATIONS: + Minimum 10 years’ commercial experience in sales & market development in HVAC industry. Proved experience in a multi-national company with outstanding capability to deliver results within a highly competitive environment. + Embodies the highest standards in terms of work ethics and integrity. + Excellent analytical, written and communication skills; articulate and persuasive; able to influence others through sound business judgment and common sense. + 30% travels.
