Commercial payments are a large opportunity for Mastercard. This role will develop and grow our commercial products and solutions for large market B2B and Travel & Entertainment, supplier payments and embedded finance technology partnerships.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations for Sales Team in such areas as: scheduling meetings, maintaining management calendar, screening mail, filing, ordering supplies and maintaining department records, punctually completing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Support marketing initiatives developed by Mastercard for customer, support customer marketing process & activities, such as interface with the Marketing & Events team Contact customers & follow up registration to events: support UEFA Champions League events, … etc.
• Manage autonomously some projects and work streams
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports and high-profile presentations
• Administer programs, projects or processes specific to the local team, maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor team information.
• Preparation and calendar management of all business-related returns, reports or other documentation, using all resources available including Mastercard proprietary tools
• Supporting in preparing and maintaining the team budget and business reviews
• Interface internally with various functional units within Mastercard to improve understanding of client needs and resolution of any administrative related issues
• Make analysis & presentations to support business reviews with senior internal and external audience
• Help the account team in all compliance-related reporting sales activities
• Provide support in market intelligence on competition, product performance and propose enhancements to help position and sell Mastercard Payment products
All About You:
• Fluent in Italian & English
• Min 1-3 years of experience in people and business support.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Strong working knowledge of desk top computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and of department budgets
• Be prepared to work in a dynamic team environment
• Stress resistant and flexible
• Results oriented
