Mastercard has a vision to build a leadership position as the only truly multi-rail payments technology company and Europe is at the forefront in defining and executing our multi-rail strategy. Commercial payments are a large opportunity for Mastercard. This role will develop and grow our commercial products and solutions for large market B2B and Travel & Entertainment, supplier payments and embedded finance technology partnerships.
Responsibilities:
•\tPerform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations for Sales Team in such areas as: scheduling meetings, maintaining management calendar, screening mail, filing, ordering supplies and maintaining department records, punctually completing travel arrangements and expense reporting.
•\tSupport marketing initiatives developed by Mastercard for customer, support customer marketing process & activities, such as interface with the Marketing & Events team Contact customers & follow up registration to events: support UEFA Champions League events, … etc.
•\tManage autonomously some projects and work streams
•\tPrepare correspondence, memoranda, reports and high-profile presentations
•\tAdminister programs, projects or processes specific to the local team, maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor team information.
•\tPreparation and calendar management of all business-related returns, reports or other documentation, using all resources available including Mastercard proprietary tools
•\tSupporting in preparing and maintaining the team budget and business reviews
•\tInterface internally with various functional units within Mastercard to improve understanding of client needs and resolution of any administrative related issues
•\tMake analysis & presentations to support business reviews with senior internal and external audience
•\tHelp the account team in all compliance-related reporting sales activities
•\tProvide support in market intelligence on competition, product performance and propose enhancements to help position and sell Mastercard Payment products
All About You:
•\tFluent in Italian & English
•\tMin 1-3 years of experience in people and business support.
•\tBachelor or Master’s degree
•\tStrong working knowledge of desk top computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and of department budgets
•\tBe prepared to work in a dynamic team environment
•\tStress resistant and flexible
•\tResults oriented
