We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Assistant to join our team in a permanent, full-time, office-based position.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the account management team (sales managers), assist with CMR, pricing, technical queries, constructs and build strong relationships with customers. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including commercial, regulatory, design, operations, supply chain, and quality control, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
How you will contribute and lead:
Support Sales managers in managing CMR (Sales Force) and pricing requests.
1. Develop and maintain trustful relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact (when account managers are unavailable).
2. Answer technical queries, collaborating with the regulatory team and using our bespoke documentation system to ensure accurate information is provided.
3. Organize sample orders and handle customer inquiries related to samples.
4. Set up new products in the system, ensuring accurate pricing, and up-to-date information.
5. Coordinate factory trials for customers, working closely with the customer service team.
6. Set up order source documents to the systems and track timely progress.
7. Collaborate with account managers and relevant departments to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer information, pricing, and product information.
9. Support with preparing constructs, price specifications, official letters, filling in questionnaires and requests from customers.
10. Support in organization seminars, events, workshops due to Commercial manager requests.
What you will need to be successful:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (moderate).
• SAP and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience is a bonus (however in-house training will be provided).
