Professional administrative support for the Sales Team handling all organizational matters of the departmentCoordinating, planning, and scheduling meetings, conferences, and other eventsCompetent point of contact for both management-level customers and colleaguesPreparing and following up on meetings, creating documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointCoordinating and independently implementing projectsCorrespondence in English and Italian Planning, executing, and coordinating business trips for the Sales Director and the Sales TeamYour Profile:
Successfully completed commercial training with relevant professional experience and/or a bachelor's degreeProfessional experience in a comparable position in a globally operating companyProficient in using Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, and willing to learn new programsIndependent working style, including the autonomous handling of specific areasHigh level of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinkingExcellent English skills as well as strong communication abilities (German can be considered a plus)Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalSelf Leadership - Authonomous - Proactive - Always willing to helpInternal Use Only: SalaryGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
