Job Posting: Sales Support Administrator (12-Month Contract) 

Location: North West - Remote position 

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator for a 12-month contract to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

What You Can Expect: 

Work closely with customer service, pricing, and sales teams to facilitate smooth operations. Generate accurate and timely customer quotations. Ensure all quotations meet company standards and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of all pricing changes and ensure seamless integration into the sales process. Manage customer inquiries and issues related to incorrect purchase orders (POs) via email. Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to create documents, spreadsheets, and reports.

What We Expect:

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
