Sales Support Administrator

We are proud to be working with a leading Industrial brand who are going through an exciting growth phase. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join the Midlands team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Internal Account Management team with good service and admin support to our B2B customers. The Sales Support will be working within our busy sales office and will be focused delivering excellent customer service.

Main duties include:Processing a high volume of customer orders Checking prices and contracts are up to date Overseeing the completing of back orders on a weekly basis Supporting the Internal Account Manager and ASM with general operations to help reach the team objectives Taking phone call from customers Communicating internally important feedback from customers Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails Following up on Order Confirmations
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:Experience with SAP would be beneficial but training will be providedHave experience in processing sales ordersExperience in Administration Support and Customer ServiceHigh level of organization skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same timeAbility to prioritise own workloadStrong communication skills, written and spokenExcellent IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsAn Administrative or Sales backgroundA full driving licence
