We are seeking a proactive and motivated Media Sales Support candidate to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our Media Sales operations.

As a Sales Support Analyst, you'll provide essential day-to-day support to our Media Sales team, ensuring the seamless management of opportunities within our Salesforce CRM tool. You'll be responsible for accurate billing and the smooth execution of our order-to-cash cycle. Your role will evolve with our growing business and the introduction of new systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Assist the Sales Teams in preparing and booking license agreements in Salesforce.Quality Control: Ensure correct booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.Finance Liaison: Act as the bridge between Finance and the Sales team, reconciling agency orders with internal reporting systems (Salesforce).Client Interaction: Occasionally engage with clients for signatures, billing issues, and agency-related matters.Digital Coordination: Communicate with the Digital AdOps team regarding digital inventory availability and purchases.Project Participation: Participate in various finance-related projects to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or team. Experience with Salesforce and in the media industry is a plus.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent.

Skills:

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive personality.High motivation and ability to work independently.Effective organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Work Schedule:
