The Sales Support Analyst sits within the Business Effectiveness function of Northern Europe and is a key support function for market execution performance ensuring the smooth functioning of commercial tools and processes across Northern Europe. The role will operationally report to the Product Owner with the following job dimensions:
+ **Ensure consistency of commercial data** in systems.
+ **Consolidate information from different sources** to aid the tracking and analysis of commercial performance and results
+ **Ensure smooth functioning of the commercial processes,** related to data and performance
+ **Ensure transparency of all system and process issues** encountered in the day-to-day operations of the sales team working with the Commercial Efficiency Manager to address those and guarantee continuous improvements.
+ **Act as a guide** on sales processes and information **for Commercial Transformation Projects.**
**About the role**
The end outcome of this is to ensure efficient commercial operations growing the time spent of the sales team with customers and value-added activities by minimizing the time sales teams spend on tool-related challenges. This includes delivering clear, actionable insights into system performance to drive continuous improvements, enhancing training programs to address recurring knowledge gaps and improve system adoption.
**About you**
**_Essential Criteria:_**
+ Third level education, preferably in a business-related discipline
+ Commercial experience in Merchandising, Field Sales, Distribution management, or support positions to the commercial organisation
+ Some experience with performance tracking and managing large sets of data
+ Fluency in English and German or Polish
**_Skills:_**
+ Detail oriented, creative, and flexible that allows to find the best solution for improving processes.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
+ Good analytical skills to enable collaborators to find opportunities.
+ Organised and able to prioritise high workload.
+ Able to build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple partners.
+ Advanced Excel knowledge
