The Role
Veeva is looking for a driven Sales Support Analyst to join our growing team! You will be a partner to the North America Sales team and work directly with our customers to support their Veeva software subscription orders. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented, and driven individual who is interested in developing sales support and customer service best practices.What You'll DoBuild trusted relationships through direct communication with Veeva Sales, Finance, and Operations teams and with the CustomerCreate and process subscription and renewal opportunities and quotes in a timely and accurate mannerAnswer customer questions about the order process and provisioning statusCollect relevant documentation to close out opportunitiesDaily navigation of Salesforce, including, but not limited to - creating opportunities, running reports, searching for current orders, and building quotesWorking on special projects, as neededAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customerRequirementsUniversity degree (BA, BSc, BBA) or equivalent work experience3+ years in a sales support or a customer support environmentStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishIntermediate Excel SkillsExperience working in or other CRM systemStrong organizational and time management skills, attention to detailMust be highly self-motivated and able to work independentlyNice to HaveEnjoy solving problems.
