Sales Support Analyst
Barilla Turkey seeks to recruit a Sales Support Analyst – as a part of our Sales team, based in İstanbul. Job Description: + Plan monthly activity mechanics and track the executions on the filed trade promotion expenditures for all customers /distributors and calculating ROI based recommendations for Modern Trade customers. + Give a proposal for monthly Channel-based, Region-based, Brand-based & Distributor-based sell-in & sell-out targets. + Create a more forecasting tool based on sell out from distributors and sell out from Modern Trade customers, + Determine the volume of sku based production. Align with the demand & supply planning team. Attend and drive all S&OP cycle meetings from sales perspectives. Aligning with demand planning, marketing teams for the mix gaps. + Weekly flash update (sell-in & sell-out) for related months & BTG. + Review actuals in monthly Trade Dashboard and explain any variances, according to monthly plan forecast. Adjust trade plans per sales input consistent with budgetary constraints. + Control the POs in the system and match progress to check if it is working for the right investment model and progress. + Analyze effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of all promotions. Check the sales teams brand and segment based targets if it is enough challenging and the right mix. + Support Head of Sales by creating the customer mapping scorecard showing how profitable & collaborative & sizeable these customers to enable sales teams to drive right strategy for the right customer investment model as where to & how to charts. + Track the performance of KPI based distributor & barilla sales team performance scorecards sourced from the IT infrastructure daily synchronized with distributor systems which is going to be created by head of sales. + Work with the finance team to include key customers served via distributors to customer mapping scorecard by calculating the delivery margin of those customers and help sales teams to take the right decisions on the investment strategy of the customers to help to increase profitability of the company. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree, + At least 1 year of sales or field experience, + Fluency in English, + Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, + High level of communication, problem solving and strong planning skills, being able to think analytically, result oriented Barilla is an equal opportunity employer.
