What is the purpose of this role?

As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be in charge of administration support across a number of customers. You will support our Customer Development Manager through managing the processing of invoices for their accounts and providing their customers with key needed information and updates.

What will be your key responsibilities?Assist Key Account Managers in day-to-day tasks, including managing client communications and preparing reports, signing contracts, scanning and mailing themMaintain up-to-date records of client activities, track account metrics, prepare performance reports, and analyze data to provide insights that help the account team make informed decisionsSupport the Key Account Manager with activation executions and customer presentationsRespond promptly to client questions, requests, and minor issues in a timely manner, escalating to the Key Account Manager when necessary to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills as you will be the back-up of the Senior Customer Development Manager and have direct contact with our partner customersStrong Analytical skills and excellent in ExcelFluent in Hungarian and good English written and oral
