Upward Title Company – Sales Support Assistant 

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to support the Title Insurance Sales team for its newest entity in Southern California, Upward Title Company.  This role will be responsible for providing sales support to multiple Sales Reps and their clients throughout the South Bay market in Los Angeles County.  

Job Responsibilities: 

Provide best-in-class service to all customers by providing introductory information, property profiles, legal and vesting, and answering questions on title orders. Assist in the receipt of verbal and written orders from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing the appropriate paperwork, forms, telephone etiquette, etc. consistent with applicable Company policies & procedures.  Partner with the appropriate team including title production, Payoffs and the title unit for any issues that require escalation.  Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products or services, including online applications, to best help customers. Prepare and package marketing materials for distribution. Provide administrative support as needed.

Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written. Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily High level of attention to detail  Resilient when faced with challenges Time-management skills Knowledgeable of the Greater Los Angeles area and the cities therein Proficient with Microsoft computer software (Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, etc.) Ability to read and interpret a Thomas Brother’s Guide Map and understanding of Index and Plat maps   Desktop Profile System and Farming 2.0 programs knowledge a plus  Customer Service background in the Title industry preferred
