2. Daily Activities for sales assistant

Farming Customer service: Ordering, proofing and Sending Farms Setting up Property profile accounts (Access) with our systems Setting up Live Farm Pro accounts/Sending agents their log in and scheduling training times Creating professional packets for Presentations One on one packets Buyers agent packages and marketing material Listing agent packages with marketing material and Farming tools Monitor “MTA” daily alerts for new listing and communications to agents for services Thank you, cards, Emails and Texts. Check in Texts & Emails to targets, Prospects and New agents Schedule follow up appointments CRM/Calendar- Assist as needed for presentations, prep and deck slides Start using CRM/RE Connect. Adding new agents to CRM Creating campaigns and assign agents to appropriate campaign/ new agent/target/prospect Data entry & meeting notes on agents after one-on-ones for follow up tasks Social Media: Working with Marketing to create appropriate material to begin social media Exposure Video Creating for messaging and marketing to new agents Coordinate events and office meeting with appropriate material, slides etc. Liaison from Customer service, and internal staff on daily needed items/Prelim updates etc. Handle calls when in one on one or office presentations for quicker response times Proactive activities- with “other side of deal” agents. Follow up, introductions and scheduling of appointment with agent on other side to lead to new client

 

Key activities that this will enhance more time for

One on One meetings with Quartile 1 and Quartile 2 agents to convert to Equity Title Expand Exposure and reach to additional agents both inside and OB agents Will allow more time for thorough follow up and quicker response time for current and new clients More time with VIP clients and producers to increase capture and revenue

Additional Revenue to Equity

All top tiered reps have assistants in LA County. This will allow a higher level of competitiveness and drive additional revenue within the current clients capture and new clients. Year one revenue, minimum additional $350,000.00 in title revenue and increase by at least 10% in year 2.
