Division: Industrial Quality Solutions (품질솔루션사업부)Job Title: Sales Support AssociateContract: Fixed term (1yr)Location: SeoulKey Responsibilities:
1. Sales Admin in General
Create and manage CRM and SAP accounts
Create and manage leads in CRM system
Provide document support for contracts, bidding, and insurance processes
Manage tax invoices
Support order management and related documentation
Report sales data using tools such as Performance Pack and
Sales Cockpit Chat
Handle sales closing processes including issuing tax invoices
Review calculation sheets and support quotation processes for order management
2. Inside Service Sales
Conduct proactive telesales (ZMC) based on internal database
Handle customer phone inquiries and provide guidance on contract coverage, warranty, software, accessories, and general queries
Use iBase CRM to manage and close opportunities – ensuring all customer activities (quotes, calls, meetings, tasks) are recorded
Submit prospect reports to manager, including customer details, location, potential, and next steps
Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and increase bookings
Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers and Product Sales Managers to align quotes, backlog, and service pipeline
Work together with the Services Sales Manager to create territory account plans and drive sales growth
Ensure timely and accurate order information is provided to the Customer Care team
Requirements:
Education or certification in business administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a customer service or technical service environment.
Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude towards change and challenges.
