You will be providing administrative, pricing & commercial support to our Sales team and customers. Your work will support our International Sales team, and you will work directly with customers to ensure excellent relationships are maintained. This opportunity is ideal for anyone looking to further their career in the logistics field as our international team is rapidly growing. SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR What the Job Entails:Provides administrative, pricing & commercial support to the international sales team and ensures excellent customer relationshipsReceives and handles pricing inquiries, collects accurate information for pricing- procurement; + 300 quotes /month generated regularlyIssues, completes, and distributes quotes within assigned product and direction:  Manages regular or ad-hoc quotes updates ‎of all assigned accountsEnsures customers' price/service demands are handled in a timely and professional manner with both pre-sales and after-sales assistanceConducts post-sales follow up with assigned key customers to develop customer/business retention and increased GP/transactions. What We Are Looking For: At least 3-5 years in a similar position; preferably in the freight forwarding/Logistics industry *Multi-modal preferred*Broad commercial and operational experience in the sector.Capable to independently expand the air & ocean freight department and make it profitable / increase profitabilityKnowledge of ocean carriers pricing and inside sales experience is an assetRelevant experience with CargoWise, Cargosphere or other pricing/quoting platforms will be helpful to succeed in this roleOutgoing personality; high energy; flexibleGreat attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!What We Offer:Full medical and dental cover provided by Employer through our corporate agreement (participation optional)Death-in-service scheme25 working days' holiday per year in addition to normal UK public holidaysPension scheme available
