Sales Support Coordinator

Trinity Rail is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for the Fort Worth location.
This role is responsible for supporting sales, cost estimating, and sourcing by assuring effective administration of the receiving, processing, and completing of customer quotes, creating electronic customer files, and notifying the estimating/sourcing team. Additionally this role will prepare quotation packages of drawings and other engineering documentation from various sources, ordering, and entering vendor feedback into multiple systems.

What You'll Do
Support sales, be the point of contact for cost estimating by retrieving the documentation required or acting to meet customer’s expected response time Track the progress of active quotes and ensure the team is aware of projects that are not progressing as planned Actively participate in the improvement of the administrative processes supporting the sales and sourcing teams Customer experience (e.g. reducing customer quote file preparation and finalization, assisting with customer requests that are outside quotes and orders such as order status reports, tracking information, and shipping documentation Work with internal expeditors to be able to provide accurate information on reports such as open order reports Aid in return authorization process as required
What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably including technical sales support Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment Thorough understanding of sales and cost estimation processes Well-developed customer service skills with internal/external customers Positive attitude, motivated, results-oriented, resourceful
