We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team!  This exciting role will be responsible for providing organizational support to the Sales Account Managers. The job involves balancing a variety of demands and projects on a daily basis. Key characteristics include being able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and to be confident to make important decisions. 

What You’ll Do:

Enter document requests into Sensient Docs and the Customer Request portal; has the ability to compile large requests to send via OneDrive.  Assist the Pricing team as needed with annual price letter creation  Processes sample requests into Salesforce.  Communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Communicate regularly with the Sales Director, Account Manager(s), Customer Service, and General Manager regarding any special situations. Acts as a liaison between Sales and Customer Service team to ensure the corrective action and root cause of inquiries are communicated to the customer Handles miscellaneous projects as requested.      Other duties as assigned as the team evolves.  Travel once per quarter with Account Manager as necessary

What You’ll Bring: 

High school diploma or GED required, with 2-3 years of reporting/administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of Salesforce and JDE systems is a plus. Strong computer knowledge with Microsoft products. Capable of analyzing data and problem solving Ability to interpret information to develop presentations, charts and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
