Analyze the differences between Nestlé customer line items and the customer's statement on each payment detail.Investigate the root cause of the discrepancy and assign it to related stakeholders (quantity/price/discount).Follow up with customers regarding open line items that cannot be categorized under quantity/price/discount differences.Provide analysis regarding root causes of discrepancy.Provide action plans regarding the root causes of the discrepancy.
