Johnson Service Group is an award-winning staffing company looking for a Sales Support Coordinator with 2 years’ experience working in a Manufacturing environment this is a Temp job opportunity for an Antenna’s company in Chatsworth, CA.

Pay Rate: $27.00 HR

 POSITION: Sales Support Coordinator LOCATION: Chatsworth, California REPORT TO: Sales Manager SHIFT: Day Shift: (7 am to 5:30 pm / Monday thru Thursday)
BASIC FUNCTIONS: This position will assist with sales activities and provide support to the Sales Account Manager and other internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be organized, motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to assist in managing customer orders, resolving issues, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. This role is less focused on direct sales and more on supporting the process and ensuring smooth process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assist with processing daily purchase orders and updating sales/purchase orders in the ERP system (Epicor) as needed. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating more complex issues to the Sales Account Manager or Director. Provide administrative support by generating basic reports related to sales and order status. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow up on open orders. Create shipping documents from Epicor and request labels from customer portals for shipments. Support the Sales and Business Development teams by assisting with tracking orders and providing status updates. Provide general administrative assistance to the Director of Business Development as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of prior administrative support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace-related environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn quickly and assist with evolving processes as needed. Previous experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) preferred but not required. Reliable attendance and a cooperative attitude towards team-based tasks. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
