**Job Summary**
This position will be responsible for supporting a designated sales team and cross-functional partners who have responsibility over said customer(s). It will be a support role to update spending tools, the forecast, business reviews, pricing surveys, TM entry, new item information, update merch grid, audit reports, and coordinate meetings.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate slide decks for Monthly business reviews
+ Manage and update spending tools and trends to support teams current position
+ Review forecast with sales analyst, account managers, and VP as needed to understand puts and takes
+ Support reporting and analysis
+ Conduct monthly pricing surveys at Retail
+ Assist Category Leadership **–** Pull necessary reports
+ Assist with building senior level internal and external decks **–** Examples are alignment meetings, FMI, top to tops, quarterly updates with SVP/Director Level
+ Support the sales analyst with any project work (ie. Analyzing promo activity)
+ Limited TPM data entry
+ Consolidate review of new items, risks and opportunities
+ Provide project support for VP, CBMs, Sales Analyst, Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership, Supply Chain, Store Brands Team, JBP and all other cross-functional partners who touch customer
+ Update merch grid with weekly volumes
+ Audit reports - For accuracy and initiate or elevate appropriate action as it relates to information errors/issues.
+ Work directly with Account Managers and other Meijer cross-functional partners to resolve data and/or system discrepancies to ensure most accurate information is reflected. (Examples: Weekly forecast, promo analysis, internal/external business reviews, Nielsen and Vendor Net updates)
+ Traditional Admin Responsibilities – roughly 5% of total time
**Position Qualifications**
+ BS/BA in Business or related field required
+ 1 year in broker or sales support role
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data entry – data intense role
+ Strong analytical ability to understand forecast and internal/external business reviews and the puts and takes
+ Knowledge of customer base and total portfolio
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills – will lead meetings
+ Ability to work within a matrix organization. Must be able to work with multiple Account Managers/Sales VP and prioritize work initiatives.
