Sales Support Coordinator

**A Day in the Life:**
Working at our Heathrow location, the Sales Support Co-Ordinator role is responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Sales Team, our External Corporate Customers and Internal colleagues.
Reporting into the UK Business Support Manager, the Team comprises of another Sales Support Co-Ordinator and three members of the Operations Support Team to form the UK Business Support Team. This role is pivotal to ensuring our Corporate Customers are implemented correctly to drive revenue into the Commercial Segment and to the overall success of Hertz UK.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting, compilation of UK Contract Documents, RFP completion and Implementations
+ Utilizes Hertz Internal Reporting Systems and Tools
+ Collaborates with Internal Colleagues across all parts of the Operation and Hertz Global Teams. Most importantly engagement with our External Customers
+ Manages UK Contract Set Up, Account Creation, Reporting and handling Customer Queries
+ Creates / Develops Contracts, Reports
+ Contributes to department performance by meeting key metrics such as SLAs around reporting, internal SLAs around turnaround times for producing Contracts or Account Set Ups
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
+ Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
+ Ability to influence
+ Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems
+ Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
+ Excellent organisation, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
