Direct Hire position$43,680.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Administers, verifies, and submits accurate product orders by communicating with sales representatives and customers, and having sound knowledge of Pella products, systems, and proceduresWorks in the field to formulate product proposals by effectively and accurately sizing rough openings and blueprints, communicating with customers and utilizing automated systemsVerify contract/proposal to ensure the correct product is ordered, built, and delivered to the customerUnderstands and utilizes all necessary software (PQM, MSOffice, etc.) by continually learning through experience and trainingPerforms basic blueprint take-offs by accurately reading and interpreting client blueprintsCoordinates for internal drawings when necessaryPromotes and facilitates continuous improvement activities in the departmentAssist in building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsPoint of contact after the sale to field any follow-up questionsManage recovery process for shortages and damaged product by facilitate ordering parts and/or scheduling service appointments as neededFacilitate sample delivering/pick-upOccasionally work variable, non-traditional hours and make oneself available for customers during evenings and weekendsSales Support Coordinator Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Good organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written English language skillsGood public relations, public speaking, and customer service skillsLocal travel to showrooms, job sites and customer/contractor locationsProficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices, and ability to learn internal software programs and applicationsKnowledge of general construction applications (window and door applications preferred)Strong problem-solving skillsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
