Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our Benelux team and play a key role in driving data-driven sales strategies and optimizing processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and collaborating across teams to improve the efficiency of sales operations and maximize revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data to provide actionable insights and who is passionate about leveraging technology and automation to streamline sales processes.

This role, based in Hoevelaken (NL), will report directly to the Benelux Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Monitoring of Sales Metrics:  Responsible for daily tracking and analysis of the sales pipeline status. Identifying stalled deals and analyzing the reasons behind them. Reporting the status of the pipeline and stalled deals to the sales team and management. Recommending strategies and actions to reactivate stalled deals and boost sales;Process Optimization & Automation: Review and optimize sales processes, focusing on lead-to-revenue workflows. Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and productivity across the sales function;Data Governance & Quality: Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure that sales and revenue data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date;Sales Intake Forecasting & Reporting: Manage the forecasting process and support the leadership in setting realistic targets. Monitor actual performance against forecasts, identify variances, and make strategic recommendations to address gaps;Support Sales Management in day-to-day organization by improving dashboards, generating input for Management meetings and setting up specific actions and/or internal meetings.

Qualifications & Expertise:

Bachelor degree (or equivalent through experience) in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field;3 years of experience in sales operations and sales support or a similar analytical role;Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and reporting tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Stays up to date with.

Sales Driven and Analytical Mindset: Commercial flair combined with analytical skills Able to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to make informed decisions;Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to identify problems, provide innovative solutions, and work across departments to implement them;Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems and other sales and revenue tools to automate and streamline operations;Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments. Able to clearly present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences;Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Self-driven and able to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of detail and accuracy.
