Job Summary
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you're the final checkpoint to ensure our customers' expectations are met for all new equipment purchases. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership throughout the entire order-to-delivery process, reviewing documentation for accuracy. Serving as a liaison between internal departments and the sales team, you'll secure necessary approvals, maintain up-to-date reporting, and meet deadlines. This role demands strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking and prioritization are key.
Responsibilities
· Order Processing and Coordination
o Process and coordinate orders for Sales Representatives, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o Analyze and manage all phases of the sales order, from receipt to delivery, while executing Irium system policies and procedures.
o Maintain the order management system, ensuring accuracy of booking/billings, commissions, and gross profit.
o Secure approval from appropriate sales management for items requiring prior approval, such as internal billings.
· Sales Support and Documentation
o Assist Sales Representatives with paperwork, maintaining proper E-Files with all required documentation.
o Prepare customer acknowledgment letters and collaborate with Sales Reps to ensure monthly forecast accuracy.
o Maintain regular contact with Sales Representatives regarding current month bookings, routine deadlines, and special assignments.
o Maintain accurate and current stock inventory lists and MEI lists.
· Communication and Coordination
o Act as a liaison between the sales team, internal departments, Raymond, and other vendors, ensuring timely communications and coordination of sales functions.
o Coordinate delivery and pick-up of demo and new equipment with the Cartage Department and Sales Representatives.
o Work collaboratively in a team atmosphere toward the goals and objectives of the team and company.
· Perform any other duties as assigned or required to support the company's overall operations and objectives.
Requirements

· Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, although relevant experience may be considered.
· 2+ years in a sales support or customer service role, demonstrating proficiency in supporting sales operations and customer interactions.
· Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills are essential for effective communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
· Strong desire to exceed customer needs and satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
· Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
· Exhibit strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work.
· Possess a strong math aptitude, enabling accurate calculations and analysis in sales support activities.
· Must be able to readily accept challenges and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances in a dynamic work environment.
· Mid-level understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and other Microsoft products, facilitating effective data management and analysis.
· Project a courteous and professional image at all times, representing the company positively in all interactions.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
