What you’ll be doing:
Prepare program customers pricing documents, handle system pricing updates for all program customers, and coordinate the pricing process approvalSupport 80 Sales Associates that Manage our largest customers that spend over $10KProcesses new sales leads as necessaryAnswers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they ariseReview specific customer’s requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceProvides any necessary data or reports to the sales teamData HygieneAssist with ad-hoc sales and marketing projectsHands on experience with Sales ForcePrepares Sales business reviews and tradeshows through reporting, research, power point presentations, and any required printed materialPrepare customers pricing document.Handles item look ups for pricing to assist sales and bids teams to win new businessHandle system pricing updates for all program customersWhat you bring to the table:
Provide administrative support to the sales teamProvide support to customers on issues pertaining to their order statusAbility to priorities workloadPerform activities that allow sales team to maximize their selling time, reach company sales goals and contribute to overall business strategyStrong time management and organization skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal, to a varied audienceWhat’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED General computer skills & basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong time management, organizational and problem-solving skillsWhat’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
