Main activities: Providing channel partners with efficient, high value-added presales and system support services, aimed at increasing brand satisfaction and developing new business opportunities. Supporting the Sales division in the development of business related to the Solutions being deployed (Veeam, Nutanix, Microsoft, etc), focusing in particular on aspects such as their analysis, design, delivery and eventual implementation. Supporting the Sales department in software development and integration. Supporting the Sales department at partner meetings, webinars, events and product demonstrations. Support Channel Partners and End-Users in solving presales software issues. Identify the most appropriate solutions with the support of the parent company. Carry out pre-sales training of Partners, ensuring that they are constantly updated on the product range. Carrying out technical training of colleagues with the help of software and hardware tools. The candidate will have the task of supporting our BDMs in the activity of proposing and demoing our portfolio products/services. What we need to see from you Experience in the IT sector. Knowledge of Data Center / Cloud / Cybersecurity solutions. Ability to influence and interact on multiple levels with our customers. Ability to identify and solve partner problems with excellence in workload prioritization. Ability to deliver with PoC within customer DCs with Systematika's various technical solutions. You are a team player and communicative organizational talent with a committed, active and independent way of working. Personally, you have a high level of service orientation for our customers, a high level of self-organization and a structured and solution-oriented way of working, enjoy working in a team and have a high level of stress tolerance. Good written and spoken Italian and English skills. Hybrid work model requires office presence 2 to 3 days per week. Available to travel within Italy. Nice To Have Active Certifications on some of our technologies in our Portfolio ( Veeam - Microsoft - Nutanix ). Networking knowledge. Cloud technology knowledge (Preferably MS/Azure).
