The position of Sales support coordinator is an integral role as part of the Individual Insurance and Guaranteed Investments sales teams. You will provide administrative and sales support for various members of the team including Regional Coordinators, Business Development Associates, and internal and external wholesalers. You’ll ensure a smooth operation and execution of various sales initiatives and activities.
Responsibilities:
Sales Content Management:
User Access Management: Process and grant access to users on the Sales Content Management platform (currently Siesmic) .Content Audits: Ensure content audits are successfully running as scheduled, which includes the appropriate review and updating or removal of expired materials.Digital Sales Room Updates: Support manual updates to digital sales rooms as required.Sales Team Support: Assist with various manual activities required by the sales team to share materials with customers.Platform Content Management: Create and update sales team-facing content management pages as needed.Technical Support: Provide simple tech support for users experiencing platform issues, liaising with the vendor's tech support team, and performing troubleshooting.Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides.Performance Monitoring: Monitor platform performance and user engagement, provide reports to the Distribution Enablement team.CE Credits
Manage the submission of several CE credits (when requested) to support CE engagement by advisors.What is needed to be successful in the role?
Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Salesforce. Experience in Sales Content Management is a bonusFast learner and self-starter, with ability to take initiative to work proactivelyAbility to learn new technologies quickly and become a subject matter expert for sales team membersStrong organizational, time management and priority setting skills in order to meet tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to investigate problems without supervisionDemonstrated ability to multi-task, show initiative, and anticipate needs in a proactive mannerAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailFlexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlinesEnglish fluency is required to communicate with the Canadian teamLet's make every day better together.
