About this role

Join an international supplier of Interior Acoustic Systems as Sales Support, working on large-scale commercial projects. 

You will support the sales team across all sales activities; ensuring the accurate preparation of all company proposals and bring forward innovative solutions for bespoke projects.

This role is based in Sydney's Western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the senior project team to support all sales activities Accurately prepare proposals in collaboration with the sales team Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best product and pricing is achieved Generate ideas, take advantage of networking opportunities and expand your industry knowledge Accurately maintain databases and utilise information gathered from internal CRM systems and databases Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on company costs & quote activity Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients Research market trends and emerging products in the market

Skills and Experience

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Well organised, innovative and enthusiastic Ability to read, interpret and accurately derive information from architectural plans Familiar with CAD software Able to work professionally under pressure and develop strong working relationships Experience and/or qualifications in a similar estimator role is highly desired
