This role provides a better understanding of the insurance needs of corporate business entities and an opportunity to be involved in the entire sales process for corporate business insurance leading to a potential career in the insurance industry from sales, business development, product development, case management, underwriting to operations in the insurance industry.
Position Responsibilities:
Support market research and analysis to find new business opportunities.
Prepare and set up tracking and fulfilment process to enhance governance oversight for customer and distributors campaigns.
Track and analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations.
Support basic new business case management and policy servicing follow ups.
Coordinate and organise meeting, workshops, training and engagement events related to business development.
Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
