Sales Support Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Sales Support Executive will provide support in administrative areas such as researching on potential co-publishers and channel partners for frontlist titles to identify prospects for the sales representatives.  Providing quotations and sending contracts to co-publishers and channel partners.   Update and manage sales information and contracts with co-publishers.  Provide monthly/quarterly sales report to management.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.                                                                                                                                                                         •  Liaise with co-publishers and channel partners directly to sign contracts and arrange for invoice processing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
• Manage sales documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Data Analysis and Reporting • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.

Performance Monitoring • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process.

Process Improvement • Continuously seek ways to improve sales operations and increase efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing sales operations.
