Sales Support Executive
Purpose of the Job The Sales Support Executive will provide support in administrative areas such as researching on potential co-publishers and channel partners for frontlist titles to identify prospects for the sales representatives. Providing quotations and sending contracts to co-publishers and channel partners. Update and manage sales information and contracts with co-publishers. Provide monthly/quarterly sales report to management. Responsibilities: Sales Support • Assist the sales team with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts. • Liaise with co-publishers and channel partners directly to sign contracts and arrange for invoice processing.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.• Manage sales documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate. Data Analysis and Reporting • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management. Performance Monitoring • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to management.• Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process.
