Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified professionals for a Sales Support role with a company in Erie, PA.  This is a 1st shift position with a pay range of $20-27/hour.

Sales  Support

Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20-27/hour
Screening Process: resume submission and face to face interview with the company

***candidate must pass a drug screen and be open to a criminal back ground check***

Qualifications
•    Minimum of three years of experience in steel fabrication manufacturing
•    proficient in blue print reading required
•    experience in CAD-CAM drawing systems preferred, Solid Works 3D is a plus
•    experience with Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook
•    ability to multi task
•    strong willingness to learn
•    Work well within a group setting
•    Perform other duties, shop wide, as assigned

Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and customer support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure orders are accurately produced and delivered on time. Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order status in the company's CRM system. Assist with preparing and reviewing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to fabrication projects. Communicate with customers regarding lead times, order progress, and any issues or changes. Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability and job scheduling. Support the sales team in identifying and following up on potential leads. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
