Sales Support - German Speaking

+ Engage and Acquire: Reach out to new and existing customers via phone, building strong relationships from the get-go.
+ Analyze and Advise: Conduct needs analyses during scheduled meetings to understand and address customer goals.
+ Prepare and Follow Up: Organize and follow up on your appointments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
+ Nurture Relationships: Maintain and grow existing contacts, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
+ Network and Expand: Attend events, presentations, and trade fairs to discover and acquire new customers.
+ No Experience Needed: We provide full training, so all you need is the motivation to connect with customers and use your communication skills to drive business. Previous Sales Experience (1-2 years) will be considered a plus!
+ Passion for Sales: Enjoy communicating and selling, especially through cold calling, with a strong service orientation.
+ Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
+ Driven and Independent: A success-oriented, independent, and goal-driven approach to work.
+ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
+ Business Acumen: Sufficient understanding of business sales processes and core UL products/services for the aligned industry to effectively generate quotes.
+ System Management: Experience managing internal systems and data sources.
+ Skills: Strong communication and administrative skills.
We are offering a permenanent contract: Hybrid (2 days/home per week) - Meal Vouchers - Flexible Working Hours
