Summary
Join the DuraServ College Internship Program and embark on a transformative journey to merge your academic knowledge with practical sales experience in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Gain valuable experience in sales techniques, problem-solving, networking, professional communication, and customer relationship management (CRM) through immersive hands-on training, all while honing your ability to build relationships, drive results, and meet targets.
Interns will work alongside experienced sales professionals in the field, gaining exposure to customer interactions, site assessments, brand visibility efforts, and lead generation tactics. This program blends real world fieldwork with structured learning and mentorship to build sales proficiency, professionalism, and career readiness.
In this role, you will:
Hands-on Learning: Learn from industry leaders to gain expertise in sales techniques, scout surveys, asset identification and labeling, and operations while refining communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Practical Exposure: Gain real world experience in customer engagement, business development, and site level fieldwork, while enhancing communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Training Modules: Complete courses through our learning management system to build proficiency in sales strategies, digital tools, and CRM systems.Progress Reviews: Meet weekly with leaders and program sponsors to assess sales performance, goal achievement, and refine strategies as needed.Ongoing Feedback & Coaching: Receive regular feedback from managers and mentors to support personal and professional growth throughout the internship.Capstone Project: Identify and analyze a business challenge, propose solutions, and present findings using data-driven insights and digital tools.Academic Requirements: If applicable, align internship tasks with related coursework, and maintain a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrating goal-oriented achievement and problem-solving skills.What you bring:
• Actively enrolled in an accredited institution in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related disciplines, with coursework in professional sales techniques, digital prospecting, digital marketing insights, or customer relationship management.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license, meet company vehicle insurance requirements, and possess reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
