Who You Are:
You are a high-energy, well-organized, enthusiastic, and independent self-starter. You have experience working with and supporting a diverse sales organization, collaborating with different departments, and helping to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving efficiencies in sales operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their needs and provide effective support with sales proposals and presentations, conferences, and trade shows
Generate sales reports and performance metrics
Collaborate on the development of sales collateral and related materials
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Develop sales support policies and procedures to streamline operations
Participate in the training and onboarding of new salespeople
Facilitate new customer inquiries
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales support or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in SalesForce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite & Presentation Software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Possess a strategic mindset
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Proficiency using a CRM/Salesforce databas
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Location: Remote or greater Boston area
Salary: Starting Range $90,000-110,000
