Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Support team and adapting and implementing the sales support strategy for Motion Service, Sales & Marketing team in Istanbul, Turkiye.Creates, implements, and reviews local sales support strategyDevelop and continuously improve our local sales support processDefines key targets for the customer support and ensures those are achieved.Oversees and reviews the proposals prepared by internal and external resources.Oversees the validation of terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, and pricing) in each offerEnsures most competitive offers considering the market situation and customer’s conditionsIdentifies the suitable approach (e.g., direct sales, consortium, or channel) that can be applied to better serve the customerAssigns and allocates internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparationSupports bid/no bid analyses and decisionsParticipates in project risk review processes
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or managementLeadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with sales teams and customersHighly organized with excellent time management skillsStrong proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and EnglishHolds a valid driver's license with no travel limitations
