We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for full-time permanent Sales Support Merchandiser & Administrator to join our Mortlake branch to help drive instore sales of our agricultural merchandise products and support with day-to-day administration of the branch.
A typical day may look like:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will focus on developing strong customer relationships. Our customer base is broad and can include local farmers, primary producers and trade customers and the focus of your role is to provide a memorable experience for all customers either in store or over the telephone whilst:
Assisting customers with pricing and product queries Processing sales both in store and on farm General sales administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods Liaising with regional agronomists and clients Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries Debtor management Livestock sale processing
