Sales Support Professional 3

Responsibilities:

• Supporting multiple departments within company sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accounts

• Working in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requests

• Ensuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelines

• Closely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as needed

• Periodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close events

• Approximately 10% travel required
