Your Opportunity: National Recognition Products/Taymark, a leading supplier of graduation announcements, diplomas, covers, accessories, rings, and regalia, is seeking a full-time Sales Support Representative to join their team in White Bear Lake, MN to serve as the single point of contact for Sales Representatives, Account Managers, vendors and customers for a variety of customer related inquires.
Your Shift:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThis role will be a Hybrid role based out of our White Bear Lake, MN facilityYour Responsibilities:
Build relationships and be a dedicated point of contact and backup for designated accounts, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and vendorsAnticipate internal and external customers’ needs whenever possible and respond quickly and accuratelyAssist Sales in understanding details of products, pricing, and processesAccurately translate and communicate customer project requirements to productionDocument and maintain SOP’s as needed for accounts including processes between customer and operation centerReceive complaints from sales and customers and document details in operating systemResolve product or service concerns from internal and external stakeholders by determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or credit, and following up to ensure resolutionCalculate price and shipping charges as requiredYou Must Have:
High School diploma or equivalent1+ years of previous customer service or customer support experienceEffective verbal and written communication skills and the ability effectively present information one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in person or via phoneEffective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasksExcellent problem solving, follow-up, and organizational skillsAbout Taylor Corporation
