Sales Support Representative

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Be accountable / responsible for Customer relationship – cradle to grave services.Act as single point of contact for customers and sales about Pump Spare Parts Quotations and Orders management within the specific area of responsibility.Be accountable / responsible for spare parts quotation activity, after clarifying the incoming requests of quotations, from technical and commercial standpoint. Leverage on pricing and interpretation as needed whenever prices/deliveries are not available in the systems. Ensure a consistent commercial approach, in line with market expectations. Ensure the offers are issued on time, respecting and possibly anticipating the due date. In case of delay, promptly inform counterpart about new expected delivery date.Be accountable / responsible for Customer Portals.Proactively recommend upselling, eventually involving the technical team for alternatives or complementary products.Be accountable / responsible to review the PO originated by customers, ensuring full compliance to acceptable terms before transferring the PO to site. Be the Customers interface for any request, update, communication relevant to PO execution. Be the reference point for any change order request. Be the reference point for any order return request, including but not limited to warranty. Ensure all new spare part opportunities are duly loaded in CRM and synchronized with CPQ tools. Be accountable / responsible to follow up the open quotations for transactional business (≤50K$) by making customer phone calls, emails or visit in coordination with Sales Engineer, to duly support the negotiation process.Ensure that the forecast of any single opportunity is duly updated basing on feedback received from Sales Engineers and from direct calls to customers. Monitor Customer satisfaction, taking adequate action to improve the Customer experience

Organization:

Position will report solid line to Supervisor, Commercial Operations.

Qualifications:

Commercial and/or Technical Bachelor’s degree preferred.Dutch Mother tongue, Excellent Speaking & writing in English. Additional language will be a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Good organization skills and attention to details, time management, and deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and be a Team Player with an international mindset and approach.Able to develop a tailor-made customer service.Customer focused with a result driven mindset.Ability to multitask efficiently and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.Deep knowledge of main IT application tools, proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Power Point);Knowledge of ERP SAP P11 is a plus.Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and/or rotating equipment, material specifications, metallurgy, inventory control, estimating knowledge and a general understanding of the sales cycle is a plus.Co-op or Intern experience as a Quoting Resource with an industrial equipment manufacturer is a plus
