Sales Support Representative (Order Management)
Responsibilities and Requirements:
In this role, you will be responsible for processing order flow: from reviewing, correcting and entering orders to archiving them. These orders come from both internal and external customers. In this role you work together with various departments within both the Marcianise location and locations abroad.
Content-wise this means a.o:
Controlling incoming orders
Checking orders for correctness
Actively and timely solving problems that hold up the order process.
Working with other departments to keep the order flowing smoothly. This includes the sales departments and planning department.
Processing orders in our ERP system (SAP).
Ensuring timely order processing
Confirming orders to our customers
Archiving orders according to our procedures
Maintaining contact with both internal and external customers
Responding to incoming issues in a timely manner or ensuring this reaches the right people within our organization.
Desired experience/skills:
MBO / HBO education, preferably Commercial focused.
Relevant experience in a similar position
Computer skills (Microsoft Office Package, ERP SAP is an advantage).
Good knowledge of the English language in word and writing. Spanish is a plus.
