Role summary:

Flowserve is looking for a Sales Support Representative (M/F/T) for the Schaffhausen site at the earliest possible start date. In this role you will be entering orders for pumps, spare parts and pump seals in the SAP system. You are responsible for monitoring them on a continuous basis; you’re also the contact person for our customers from the receipt of the order till the delivery. You will work closely with our workshops, quotation and sales departments.

We are offering you a part-time role with a 20-hour workweek.

Your tasks:

Entry and deadline monitoring of customer and supplier orders in SAPPreparation of order confirmation and invoicesDaily telephone contact with customersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring effective communication in a cross-functional role between customers and plantsInterest in working in a technical manufacturing environment and acquiring knowledge about pumps and pump seals or expanding on existing knowledgeManaging technical documentation for the ordersReliable and responsible behaviour

Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical basic vocational trainingAt least 1 year of experience in the commercial/technical office of the industrial sectorSolid experience with an ERP system (SAP is an advantage)Knowledge of pumps and seals is desirableFluency in written and spoken High GermanConfident written and spoken English knowledge (at least B2)Italian and French knowledge is an advantageAffinity for dealing with technical productsCommunication and sales-oriented skills for optimal customer contactTeam-oriented and well-situated personality
